No, you need to lay them out on a baking sheet line with baking paper. Then leave to proof or rise, then you glaze and bake. Please read detailed instructions on the label.
They take about 2 hours to proof. But it’s faster in a very warm environment or when placed under a fan. Ideally they need to be placed in a proofer to rise.
